3. Register purpose

We collect and save your personal data to contact you when requested or needed, in order to maintain and develop your customership. The data is collected and handled by your permission or to fulfill and execute the business agreement.

Company name, business ID, contact person’s phone number and email address and invoicing information when needed.

5. How long we store the data

Cookies will follow you no longer than 90 days. When you contact us but we don’t end up doing business, we store the information for two (2) years. If we do business together, we need to store all invoicing and agreement related information minimum 6 years or up to 10 years.

6. Where the data is stored

Our invoicing related data is stored and processed by our book keeping office Lemonaid Oy. When you contact us via contact form, we use WPform plugin to collect and store your personal information in to WordPress’ secured SQL database. Your data is stored in- or outside EU based on tools and services that WordPress is using. Please note that TwentyEight has no control over these tools and services that WordPress is using.

7. Data sharing

We don’t share your personal data with any third party. Only our book keeping company might process or see some personal data when they help us to handle invoicing.

8. Automatic decision

No automated individual decisions (Article 22 of the EU data protection Regulation) are taken.

9. Your rights

You have the right to check what information we have collected and stored from you. Please send us a written request for inspection to the person responsible for registration matters mentioned above.

You have the right to request us edit and remove your information or remove you from our marketing lists.
